Write to contact@usaprizeworld.com. A person reads it and replies usually go out within two working days. There is no contact form here on purpose, because a form collects more than it needs and adds nothing.
What helps
- Corrections. The operator, the figure you believe is wrong, and where the correct one appears. We re-test rather than edit around it.
- Operator changes. A dated screenshot of a changed package, floor or payment process is enough to trigger a re-test.
- Reader questions. Tell us which two operators you are weighing up and which figure matters most to you.
- Operator enquiries. Welcome, with one caveat: rows are not for sale.
What we cannot do
We are not an operator and have no access to your account, balance or withdrawal. Operator support is the only party that can act on a late payment, and if that is exhausted, the licensing body named in the operator terms is next.
